This restaurant is supposedly famous amongst Muar residents for seafood. What that generally means will be that you will have to wait quite a long time for your meals. The meals can be good based on everything you order - a few of the fried stuff is great. The assam fish was too watery for my taste.

The fried sotong & otak-otak was great. Nevertheless, the asam fish had been as well sour so we didn't like it. The staff there have been unfriendly and took so very long to order our food. But overall it had been good because the food was amazing!

Been approaching here for quite some time. Above average high quality throughout. Seafood replenished everyday and is fresh. Well-known for their asam seafood. It does get really crowded during mealtimes. Prepare to hold back for tables even though food is prepared rapidly. Open for lunch time and dinner.

The Assam fish is actually sour. If you're a fan, then ought to be good for you. But if you're like myself, not sour foods lover, then its far better skip this restaurant.

When approaching Muar from Melaka, on our in the past to Singapore, we lookup pine for a Chinese cafe for lunch time. Followed the suggestion from Web to come quickly to this restaurant. First-time trying, very little expectation S we had been disappointed by the suggestion from Internetfor a eating place in Melaka. To your surprise, this time around the recommendation had not been poor. Shee Yaan not merely serves inexpensive and yummy meals, the mindset of the staffs may also be great. Even though restaurant was filled with guests, however they still ready to recommend and assist with a smile. Strong fried sotong and steam seafood were good. Actually the majority of the dishes we ordered had been nice. Price wise is quite reasonable. Overall the dink g encounter here's great. But one issue may be the congestion during lunch time n dinner time.

The assam fish here's recommended by a nearby but i think it is too sour, too spicy and served extremely plain. That which was served has been a lacklustre little bit of seafood in sour "drinking water", nothing beats what i expect. You purchase by visiting the counter,go for your seafood (which appears like very little choice), keep these things weighed and inform them how you desire to make it. The spiciness of the laundry is quite spicy. The area looks very easy with tables and seats and I honestly question that i would suggest one to eat here.

This restaurant is meant to be well-known for Assam fish. We ordered several dishes including Assam seafood, omelette egg with oysters, heavy fried sotong, Sambal prawn and sotong, tofu, Otak and deep fried smooth fish (uncertain of the name) Not as well impressed withthe Assam Fish: very diluted. Deep fried flat seafood: was burnt on many sections.

The meals ordering at The counter and you also pick your preference fish, prawn, toufu, otak otak and more. Overall I'd say the meals just average. For individuals who like salty and spicy foods. It maybe good. Nevertheless, I must admit the purchase price isreasonable.

This is among my regular gather restaurant. Though well-known for its Asam Pedas actually translate as ‘Sour spicy’ as the soupy bottom provides tamarind and chilli as major ingredient, you can find other delicious options in the menus. Our usual orders consist of sambal petaiwith squids and prawns, serious fried omelette, lovely potato results in or kang kong with belacan, fried oysters, soupy tofu dish and steamed Otak otak. An added speciality here's crispy fried sole seafood...so crunchy it is possible to munch the seafood bones😋
