Recommended this particular nyonya fusion cafe by a friend. Therefore we made a decision to try it out. Wow was We surprised with the flavor of a few of the food that people ordered. I particularly enjoyed their ‘babi asam’ that is actually gently fried pork with a kindof sour sauce (asam Jawa). I recreation area simply melted in my own mouth & it tasted great. Another dish that is clearly a must try will be ‘pucuk paku masak lemak’ that is actually a kind of veggie prepared with coconut milk. It had been tasty. The egg plant prepared top with green & reddish chilies can be very great. The only disappointment had been the ‘buah keluak’ prepared with poultry was a wee little bit on the salty aspect & might have been done better. For desserts we'd buah keluak ice lotion & also a sago dessert that was equally tasty. The ambiance of the restaurant was also pleasing & meeting the theme of the restaurant. Overall, I would recommend to go presently there for a few wonderful nyonya fusion foods.

An organization fo 6 folks were looking towards have lunch there, mostly of the Peranakan restaurants to assist pork. Intended to purchase the 2 2 established menus for 4 and 2 persons. Was informed that the "chap chye" had not been on the4 pax menus, so cannot order, we asked should they could simply replace the chap chye with, for instance sayur lodeh, after two deliberations, they returned and said unable to do, needed us to purchase from the alacarte menus. We said simply replace the chap chye and we'll pay for the excess cost of the brand new dish. NO. I treat this as unfriendly, inflexible, edging on poor hospitality. Were looking towards a good lunch yet somehow remaining disappointed. Yes, we upped and left the cafe with no a meal. Lack of business on the eating place. Will not step involved with it again.

Visited KamCheng on 30 Aug 2022 for an organization dinner. Special plans were designed for closed-door personal dining for my business. I would like expressing my thank you and appreciation to Jett and Chef Paul. Jett has been extremely patient and in a position to ingest ourdemands and using the extra effort to make sure our requests are increasingly being met. Because of Chef Paul for the fantastic meals he cooked! I specifically like the Dried out Laksa, Ngoh Hiong, Kiam Chye Sio Bak Thng, Tamarind Prawn and The KamCheng consume. They are the must-trys!!! I'll bring my children and buddies to The KamCheng next time I check out Malacca! Thumbs up!!!
