My wife and i visited after checking Vacation Advisor and we were so delighted we did. The baked seafood was excellent, really new fish with a lovely sauce. We furthermore had the eggplant that was simple and tasty and also the poultry curry whichwas also excellent. Definitely recommend, also excellent if you prefer a break from consuming traditional Malaysian food.

The only real restaurant opened for lunch time. It had an excellent baked spicy seafood and chili pineapple prawns that has been heaven. Bought the pineapple tart that was as well buttery for me personally but overall has regular.

We'd looked forward to presenting an authentic Portugese dinner on our stop by at the Settlement. Restoran De Lisbon was named among the most popular, in accordance with Trip Advisor. We ordered three meals, and, disappointingly, not just one of them proved satisfactory. Ithink the chef must pay closer focus on using high quality seafood They have to serve customer clean seafood and make sure that customers aren't short-changed in affordability. For instance, the crispy battered squid we ordered tasted horrible. All we got had been plenty of batter covered around tiny small squid tails and tentacles. What eventually big circular juicy squid bands? We progress quality, volume and tastier squid/sotong from some seafood eating place for less than the costs charged here. The butter garlic clam was swimming in a pool of melted butter in a cream sauce. It had been simply too wealthy and milky. Any Chinese or Malay seafood cafe could have done a more satisfactory job. The Devilled Poultry curry we ordered was really ordinary in taste aswell. The chicken parts were very roughly cut up, with bones protruding, and the meats tasted like frozen poultry, instead of farm fresh chicken. Given the bigger prices charged here in comparison to additional ordinary roadside seafood dining places found just about everywhere in Malacca, Restoran De Lisbon must pay closer focus on the product quality, taste and display of the food to retain clients and attract fresh ones.

My friends and We visited De Lisbon Eating place for another time over the last month. The 1st time has been on December 9 whenever we ate 2 foods there and once again on January 13. On our return journey from Desaru, we made a decision to spend anight at Melaka, amongst other activities, to eat another dinner at De Lisbon. Julie, the girl proprietress is becoming our buddy and she retains her restaurant open up till 11pm during the night. We'd a late supper and absolutely adored the repeat experience. Many thanks De Lisbon for the beautiful meal.
