Dropped by this cafe for a meal since it faces the Lebuhraya AMJ (I travel through this particular road back from function). The ambiance will be cosy, fully atmosphere conditioned and the employees are helpful and prompt. The meals offered here's delicious & most importantly, goodvalue for the money. Attempt the congee or the poultry or charsiew rice, the chilli sauce provided hits the location as well. Dr.Ruben Kumar Malaysia

The char siew was good and the chicken was tender.. Their fried wanton was so tasty because inside it is a prawn! Furthermore, their soup possess crabby taste which that is my first period check it out. Because normally others store offer pepper soup or simply normalchicken share porky soup. Oh..this is so delicious ever! Will come back again!

The fried wanton was crispy and tasty. The chilli that was included with the wanton is actually good with the ideal quantity of spiciness and sweetness. The wanton mee, seafood porridge and fried rice had been also worth eating.

Never in my own life have I been therefore disappointed with a Chinese meal. It make use of to be a preferred among locals. They are in business for many years but today's dining encounter was a genuine let down. The food really was bad. My kids loveWanTon noodles and we purchased 4 servings. For the very first time, both might kids couldn't surface finish their portion. We (My partner and me) would generally gobble up the continues to be- but this time around, no-one touched the noodles. The noodles had been soggy. There was just 2 slices of barbecue pork that was tasteless. The soup tasted as if it was loaded with some chemical concoction. The fried Wanton had barely any filling. The meal costs RM52, that is will not commensurate with the grade of the food. This is actually the breakdown: 1 plate of Wanton noodle- RM 6 each bowl 1 cup of Barley- RM 2 Fried Wanton- 10 pics X RM 1.40 = RM 14 A plate of Veggie with Oyster Sauce- RM12 I voted 1 away of 5 but but to be goal about my assessment I've not really tried their Congee along with other dishes on the menu. Verdict: Poor food high quality. Not worthy of the visit. Attempt at your personal risk....

I used to consume at Hup Huat when I actually was students in Melaka if they were operating in zinc roof in back of Renaissance Hotel. Modern times they will have relocated to a store at Semabok. THEREFORE I proceeded to go there with my partner yesterday. We purchased Oystersauce poultry without rice for just two 2 person (the tiniest portion permitted to be ordered has been 2 person), 6 bits of fried prawn wantan, and 2 glasses of tea. That's all. Bill found RM32.60. I had been dumbfounded to start to see the bill. I've already disposed of the bill. Chicken for just two 2 individual cost RM18 !! Seriously?!! That is Semabok, not really Jonker Street, shop isn't located at a primary place in Melaka, and its own not just a tourist spot as well. Even yet in JB or KL, I've not run into such exorbitant prices. The purchase price for fried prawn wantan was about RM1.50 a bit if I did not remember wrongly. Its furthermore expensive considering the dimension of the prawn they utilized, have shrunk significantly in proportions, taste has also turn out to be poorer as its much less juicy as before if they used bigger prawns. 2 glasses of milk tea price RM5.6, that is also a lot more expensive than somewhere else in Malaysia. For all your nostalgia sensation I had when I ate the meals after so a long time, I was still left disappointed. For a eating place at a spot like Semabok Melaka, the purchase price they charge, is insane. I'll never eat as of this place again.
