Actually enjoyed this place! Cosy set up family run location. Assam fish really was great, shrimp paste omelette excellent. Only locals have there been, good sign!

We've been visiting this cafe when head to Malacca. It acts really yummy nyonya meals especially poultry ponteh, kangkong belacan and dessert chendol. It is a family company and we discovered the price is quite reasonable for this type of good quality food. It is a mustto go to this eating place when you are searching for authentic nyonya foods in Malacca.

Lousy food in the event that you equate to other restaurant. Have to share table aswell. Go and attempt Baba Charlie because of their lunch however, not their springtime rolls and pohpiah.

We enjoyed the original Nyonya dishes specifically the Chengdol and beef rendang. We have there been at 1 plus pm on a Fri. Had to hold back some 15-20 mins. Food service was just a little slow. However, we enjoyed the meals and prices were affordable.. Noticedthere was another well-known Nyonya restaurant over the street that had an extremely long queue.

Went there on the Sat night (around 8pm) also it has been crowded. Had to hold back for awhile before a desk was available. It had been definitely worth the wait around. The Nyonya meals were authentic and great. My favourite had been the sotong lemak, and I'd recommendthat. Food arrived quite quick and the staff constantly served with a grin. I didn't understand the eating place closes at 8.30pm and there have been still several customers inside of. Throughout, the staff in no way chased anybody out, that was commendable service.
