Not recommended if you don't are prepared to pay 5 superstar prices for 2 celebrity ambience, food and assistance . Sambal petai isn't bad but super costly . Dinner for just two 2 costs RM 79.

This place serves tasty and fresh seafood. Essential try dish may be the otak-otak and asam seafood. The purchase price is slightly costly but the food is fairly good.

I keep going back because of their signature asam pedas seafood. The broth is filled with taste. Tried their kangkung belacan & cuttlefish belacan. Both meals are usually spicy but each brings about different flavor. Strongly suggested, worth every visit & cost reasonable.

Was right now there for early supper on 22/7/2017 with mother, wife and child. As usual, their crimson snapper in tamarind sauce, sambal squid with smelly coffee beans and fried egg are usually our normal orders. Have constantly patronised this location since 1997. Flavor is always constant although slightlypricey. The portions are usually huge. We purchased 7 rice that is considered a lot of as my daughter didn't eat. So, the meals was consumed by 3 adults. Don't have much options but be confident, always well done. Cooking area manned by family unlike those commercialised pre prepared famous eateries which are usually manned by foreigners. These foreigners possess either strayed from the initial peranakan recipe or complete secret not passed on Waiting time was quick as we attained 5.45pm. Later even more tables emerged in and noticed they're local families with numerous aged 45 yrs . old above. Guess they need to understand that this place, although somewhat pricey still serves great food. Most automobiles parked outside have nearby plates.

It was soon after Chinese New Yr and their food share was small. We were recommended 6 dishes and weren't disappointed. The mix fry salt seafood bean sprouts was perfectly and so had been the sambal kangkong. Excellent Assam fish, unusual heavy friedeggs but with gentle yolks, tofu, and heavy fried seafood with sambal had been all delicious. Should come once again. Because it’s a Seafood cafe it smells fishy on getting into which can be a little off putting.

We ordered fried seafood, garlic kangkung, and the sambal petai shrimp and squid with rice and were charged close to rm70.. Personally that is clearly a bit overpriced, the meals is good specifically the sambal petai however, not at that price.. I'd give this place 5stars should they could reduce the cost or enhance on the knowledge.. The place doesn't have even a menu therefore the price is fairly unexpected, and in some way you need to already know what things to order if you're likely to go there .. In any case it is worth a go and the auntie will be friendly.. The restaurant isn't halal certified but I've seen Muslims heading there plus they serve only seafood..

We was introduced to the cafe and later brought my moms and dads too. This damilynown eating place only serves 3-4 dishes. They're very regular to every desk but it's truly magnificent. Their dishes are : - sotong sambal masak petai (sambal squid with petai) - 5⭐- asam fish - seafood cook within sour asam. Unlike the standard asam, it generally does not have plenty of chilli. 4⭐ - fried fish - 3⭐ - otak otak - 5⭐ - serious fried eggs - must try... 5⭐

Too expensive when i just ordered 3 items plus they charged us 82++ for just two 2 persons. When I asked the dog owner, she could tel me that, it’s their very own seafood. That’s Ridiculous! Not suggested at all..my best suggestions is please don’t move if you don't reallywanna waste your cash. Not worthy of at all..regretted!

Returning back after couple of months regarding tempting fried threadfin + sambal squids with prawns rather than forgotten the Otak-Otak
