    Malacca is well-known for their heritage lifestyle and is famous on the list of Malaysian and foreign vacationers. If however you maintain Malacca for vacations, do try this location out. The locals contact this location "back again alley" seafood area, there exists a few vendors that's situated at this back again alley, and them all serve the same regional seafood delicacies that is boiled clams, cockles, snails(balitong), Thai stye Tauhu and so forth. Personally, i like their Thai design Tauhu when i like the combination of lovely and sour taste. Besides that, I discover this place unique since it actually gives me an event down memory lane (60's/70's). However, I discover that the hygiene and cleanliness is definitely lacking, but it is usually to be expected because of it's location. Nonetheless I will even now visit this place within my next stop by at Malacca.

    During my recent visit to Melaka, my pal brought me to the famous back again alley lala place (immediate translation from Cantonese 'Hau Hong Lala'). My friends and my husband enjoyed their cockles and clams while I love my tofu. It had been a great experience consuming there. Cockles and clams lover shall stop by for a few local delicacies!

    We did not expect to possess cockles at the behind the trunk lane in Malacca. My fiance googled the area while we had been on an eating journey in Malacca this past year. And yes, she wished to go. I believed it would be the final place that she wished to move because it reaches the back alley. I actually expected a dirty back again lane with the meals stalls unorganised but We was incorrect. Each stalls had been by the medial side of the street, with appropriate tables and seats. What probably the most shocking had been, the roads were clean. Not really foul smell or whatever could have put my hunger off. I must say they're extremely popular, they do collect a big masses, especially on the weekends. My fiance and I required a small part of cockles and we gradually dig into it. The cockles were so fresh and the sauce that complements it was lovely... Then i ordered clams also it too went properly with the sauce. The cockles are usually boiled in pot of warm water, this is to destroy and clean all of the bacteria. I have to say they take action nicely and keep their requirements high. We enjoyed myself and I really do look forward ongoing back there once again for another round.

    When I very first stepped within the alley, there is odor of longkang lol. A classic alley whereby it is possible to eat boiled Siham, lala, 螺, four treasure among others. I love their sauce, I believe it combine with soy sauce, chili sauce, maltose and peanut powder.
