I am uncertain if the supervisor of the branch in Masjid Tanah knows the mindset of the employees there or not really. Their service are usually super gradual and inefficient. Can't u believe when there have been 5 employees at d entrance and only 1 was doing d function while the relaxation were seated, folding the cake boxes while chatting w one another so casually? I got to create face while waiting within my desk to make many of them obtain up n take action with my purchase. Don't make me begin abt the wording on the large cakes we purchased there. I believed the ones who's responsible for the decoration on the cakes ought to be trained to accomplish it nicely?

saya makan dengan anak saya pada 14 ogos 2022, anak saya teringin makan kek indulgun hanya tinggal 1 slice. staf yang ambil purchase menjual kek kepada saya. Supervisor perempuan telah memarahi staf itu dengan suara kuat dengar semua pelanggan. memarahi staf yang menjual kek itu . saya makan dengan rasa sangat tak selesa mendengar staf itu dimarahi. tak patut berperangai macam tu. panggil staf dan tegur di belakang bukan mengherdik depan consumer. hilang selera saya makan. mohon berikan latihan empati kepada supervisor yang berlagak itu
