Finally I've the good non halal Chinese food. Didn't purchase the seafood when i think it is quite X. Purchase their garlic pork had been popular. Common dish like nice and sour pork, combine vegetable and older cucumber soup was small salty. Overall Taste 7.5/10,part was generous . In the end we have been here for the meals not for the assistance and expect 5 superstar service. This is a kopitiam "zi char ". Cost I'd say 25% more after that normal zi char in KL or JB. But Hey.. Kuah town may be the only place you can eat non halal foods ..thus eat to your heart articles. Menu are given in English and carpark is not a concern. Be endurance with a smile.. You'll get the eye of the boss.. Joyful food hunting!

Among our best decisions going to Langkawi! Was suggested to us by way of a concierge at the Westin Marriot where we stayed as Rootian had been near to the Wednesday night time market. Excellent collection of dishes and we should have ordered about 6 meals which includes noodles x2.Fried oysters along with eggs, etc has been yum. Would recommend since it was excellent genuine Chinese food and affordability.

Visited the restaurant about Saturday and there is a night market over the bridge. So could stroll to have desserts there. The food was tasty and affordable. Services was fast, employees was also pleasant. Would come back

Walked previous this place and made a decision to cease for dinner because the tables outdoors were filled with locals. Not very much to check out, and certainly not great eating....but wow, the meals is amazing ! Plenty of choices, beef, poultry, duck, seafood etc...waitress helped us withthe menus, food arrived quickly, fine and freshly cooked, hot too. Quite generous portions, ordered x3 small dishes for just two also it was plenty for under £10 including x2 beers and a soda. So nice returned for another visit, just as nice, and much more full of locals.

Eat right here both nights that people stayed of this type. Can recommend the poultry in black beef, poultry satay, prawns in satay and poultry in lovely n sour these were all excellent. Employees all excellent. Toilets not great by westerners criteria. Beeralso available that was a bonus.

Delicious Chinese food inside downtown Kuah (I believe). We enjoyed the Singapore noodles, spicy tofu, and nice and sour pork. Friendly staff members and decent services. Cheap and cool beer.

Not a pretty location, pavement chairs and tables in a street part, but often busy and we generally enjoy the food. It really is generally Chinese - their Springtime Rolls are actually good, not very the usual shape however they do make their very own. We hadsweet & sour prawns, poultry satay and a duck dish with fried rice and completely enjoyed it. Not good dining, but enjoyed as much as in a few 4 & 5 *'s we've visited. The personnel know their meals and are always ready to advise and let you know that the "small" dimensions are quite enough for just one! They perform beers and carbonated drinks but, unfortunately, usually do not seem to possess a dessert menus! Suppose you can't possess everything.

An unassuming corner store restaurant (Alfresco design) which acts lip smacking Chinese cuisine. We'd pork knuckles, veggies, steamed seafood & fried squid. All of the dishes were beautiful. Very reasonable price plus they charged us just RM 8 corkage for the wine.Very friendly employees and super efficient provider, Mr Jacky who's the owner found our table to make sure we were being properly taken care of which was an excellent gesture. I strongly recommend this eating place if you wish to have good foods which does not price an arm and a leg...

A couple of days ago we dropped by Rootian Seafood cafe to have a supper. An elderly man wished to write down our purchase. We questioned for a menus, he said menu isn't ready yet. THEREFORE I asked him just how much to purchase a dishof claypot tofu, he said cheap and only the make would know the purchase price. I QUICKLY asked him just how much to get a dish of veggies in small size, once again he answered "cheap only the cook understands the price", no menu yet. Just what a service and we'd to leave, in no way know the make might simply cost us for a straightforward dinner. Probably RM1000 is considered CHEAP in this restaurant. Therefore beware! Usually do not simply sit back to makan and afterwards baru counting the purchase price.
