Bought 4 cakes for takeaway and the employees didn’t give a handbag. Asked for a handbag and they thought to pay out RM1. Lousy customer support!! When I arrived and stood at counter to purchase, both female staff were simply doing their own factor (one managing the cakes and another with the tarts) once the store has been empty and didn’t bother to assist us at all. Worst type of EXPERIENCE EVER

The picture from the menus so different. The seafood is indeed small. The fish furthermore not fresh. So difficult to chew. Not worthy of the purchase price. Secret Recipe’s regular has drop so very much.

Kami purchase dulu, orang datang lambat dari kami ordernya sampai dulu apa jadah. Purchase kitorang punyalah easy ekk. Employees perempuan sorang tu kehulur kehilir pegang receipt walhal boleh je function dulu air flow yg barista dah siapkan atas counter atmosphere tu duk sebok dengan supervisor yg jaga bahagian cake dekat depan. Make sure you improve!

Always go out rice-set also before lunchtime, serving period is also very slower. And the meals is substandard!! Time to improve!!
