That is my second time here. The service group I would like to describe is: Totally terrible service. Consumer is position at the counter for an extended tiime no one found serve. Just endure there and chit-chat with one another.I hope this technique includes a negative star rating.

Bought 4 cakes for takeaway and the employees didn’t give a handbag. Asked for a handbag and they thought to pay out RM1. Lousy customer support!! When I arrived and stood at counter to purchase, both female staff were simply doing their own factor (one managing the cakes and another with the tarts) once the store has been empty and didn’t bother to assist us at all. Worst type of EXPERIENCE EVER
