My first stop by at this location. Had to hold back 40 a few minutes for the bowl of fried wontons (kiao) to reach. When it arrived it was not warm. I has been expecting it to end up being freshly fried and from the wok when i had to hold back for such a long time. Utter disappointment. Then emerged the crispy tomato noodles.
