Certain perennials just like the sharks-fin, roasted poultry etc were excellent. The blachan sayor paku had been excellent. The steamed prawns with garlic were a let-down. These were few in amount and totally tasteless. I suspect these were of the inexpensive, fresh water range (and I don't mean udang gala that i always avoid). It really is hard to fail with steamed prawns, however they did. Through the rest of our seafood dinners within Kuching I had outstanding seafood elsewhere - at the fraction of the purchase price that Heritage charged.
