I tried many variations of Kuching kolo mee, which Hakka style (the dried out version) is probably among the best We ever tasted. Handmade noodles provide it a good consistency, garnished with generous part of minced meats and sliced pork. V affordable. Far better go early each morning. Highly recommended.
