We can not agree more with Sarawakians that Chinese Barbecue Expert in Kuching is the greatest. We never neglect to deal with ourselves and our Kuching family members whenever we're there. Shao rou, cha shao, lup cheong, poultry, duck are flawlessly flavoured with a nearly all alluring smoky aroma.Fantastic value at 1 / 2 of Singapore prices. And far, a lot more yummylicious! Fabulous! This is probably along with the list for roasted meats in Kuching you will find within an open, simple eatery. Chinese Barbeque Specialist 's been around for many long yrs. For my extremely frequent visits, every meats dish is consistently nicely roasted. Iwon't object should they change the term from "expert" to "king". It's affordability. Besides roasts, this eatery comes with an impressive menus of other meals, from soup to stew to saute design, in a number of fish, prawn, veggies, (non-roasted) meats. You can have a sensible meal right here. Yes, they serve good ala carte dishes. I'd have given it a fantastic rating, had the area already been brighter and doesn't show up so "oldish".

Like yummy roasted pork belly, constantly crispy and salted to perfection. The midin belacan can be very good as well. The only real problem is portion sizes are very inconsistent... Occasionally we receive roasted pork rice with plenty of pork on the plate and occasionally verylittle but nonetheless pay exactly the same price 🤔

Had three forms of meats: char siew, crispy pork n sausage with rice. Excellent affordability. Efficient service. Have a peep at your kitchen behind the stall to find men hard at the job.

All the BBQ meats (Pork, Duck & Sausage) has an excessive amount of sugar even while the meats is tender. Adding an excessive amount of glucose overtakes or overwhelms the fine flavour. The Kolo Mee stall, the BBQ pork can be difficult as cow teats. It will be isn't thebest BBQ around. The vegetables from the cafe itself is quite nice, fresh and perfectly done without over-cooking food it. Their long coffee beans with Ikan ibilis is quite nice. Therefore a four ranking is an excessive amount of but a three is merely right.

I had two forms of meats here, duck and sausage, Uncertain I have ever endured sweeter sausage. Exciting! The duck was very good too.
