Much like most Malaysian cafes, Lebak supplies a combination of Malaysian and Western meals. The `nasi goreng seaweed' can be an interesting take on the normal nasi goreng (fried rice). It really is fried rice with bits of dried seaweed, gives it another taste. Thefish & chips is an excellent portion with 2 bits of fish. Not really your typical british seafood & chips, nonetheless it includes a nice batter in any case. The grilled fish can be good. For dessert, there's nutella cheesecake or mango chessecake. Both, delicious. Prices are reasonable.

This restaurant is an extremely pleasant place for family eating. The selections of meals in the menus are mostly very delicious and we've tried a lot of them and will be among our regular dining location. The meals is reasonably priced in comparison to some otherrestaurant in kuantan that acts a comparable menu.

I really dislike it when cafes place a million and something things on the menu, with regard to OFFERING VARIETY. If you think you may make a particular kind of cuisine well, then for heaven's sake, simply do those. Lebak Cafe attempts to offerwestern meals and fails miserably. I haven't tried their other options but the seafood and chips I experienced was a complete fail. The seafood fillet obviously arrived frozen - the breadcrumb covering had been soggy and the seafood was ugh. I just finished it because I'm the type of one who doesn't have confidence in wasting food, irrespective of badly cooked it had been. The 2 2 bits of soggy seafood was served on a layer of fries, with some type of cheese sauce and a little bowl of coleslaw. Pardon me, but seafood and chips is meant to be offered with tartare sauce..... My husband's grilled poultry was nowhere near getting grilled. It appeared as if it had been steeped in the sauce in a pan before getting served. The only thing tasty at that cafe may be the 2 cups of plain water that people had. Avoid their western foods at all cost.
