Hai Peng has relocated to behind Maybank and today called Sukiyang Cafe. The new outlet can be a large part lot and very spacious, alas the meals and service is lacking since it was busy with just two staff serving an almost full cafe of about60-70pax

Now relocated in back of Maybank from Jalan Cukai Utama 2. Come here because of their coffee, that is above average. Tempted to use their food but soon after lunch! Menus looks tempting. Traditional coffee, fifty percent boiled egg and bread are need to try. Yes, egg and loaf of bread areaverage but will be the best companion for espresso. You can even buy their coffee, making good gift for family and friends.

Hai Peng is not any longer there as cafe and also have moved to a new location that is difficult to acquire. It's today named Sukiyang and also have a different experience it all together. If you reside in the area, you should attempt their Kaya toastswhich I believe is the greatest (with bun not slices!). Coffee is merely OK that is really.. not worthy of the hassle.

Were disappointed with like rave reviews concerning the coffee along with other food such as kaya breads and half boiled eggs. The espresso doesn t flavor as effective as the Ipoh Coffee.

Was very disappointed with the support and the meals here !everything is overrated and pricey! Not well worth the price

This place is seriously overrated. It really is located on the exact same row of stores with the popular stuffed crab. There is nothing different concerning the coffee - taste exactly like restaurant coffee. They type of upgraded with additional lunch menus. We'd the kayabun that i thought was regular. The seafood and chips was amazingly quite tasty plus they use sea seafood rather than the typical dory (which is the only cause I did so not give them an unhealthy rating).

Have been recommended by the neighborhood to try upward the tiny Bun served by this cafe. Where in fact the bun is emerged in a 4. The dimension is approximately 2cmx2cm each. This bun was included with butter..... Overall this bun is really a bit softer equate to othercommercial bun you will find was not so amazing as describe.

I have to trust few earlier testimonials that the espresso was really average and contains nothing to shout around. However, they perform offer quite a few delicious local kuih.

It started with Hai Peng but in the last three years, its been spunned off like Sukiyaki kopitiam. Love the loaded nasi berlauk dan roti kahwin with thicker butter rather than a measly level of margarine inside franchise kopitiams inside Kuala Lumpur. I create apoint to avoid over whenever I travel up East Coastline. I've attempted their Neslo, Kopi Cham, Teh Cham, which I liked. I wish they might start a branch in Kuala Lumpur (while retaining comparable recipes) and I'd be their loyal client here.

Coffee is around standard but it can be done to get better one on the market. Bread is so-so and also the food.
