Rider didnt called sender when recipient didnt accept the purchase because recipient wasn’t certain from whom it originated from. Foods was taken back rather than sure what occurred to the meals. Not acceptable. Rider must have at least contact the sender to reconfirm shipping as all contact details is there.

service extremely slow.Careless as order was count properly/not sufficient as compensated.They promise will send the purchase that was left out tapi taknhantar sampai sudah.Slow services walaupon pergi beli sendiri/travel tru pon sama lembab.certainly bukan salah rider yang tunggu dari tak hujan sampai hari hujan tetap dihantar.Seriously lah!

no milo when we paid extra for this (got a pepsi instead), signature box haven't any fries, cheezy wedges received in fries’ packaging, zero cheese sauce for the wedges either. wish this doesnt repeat again
