Getting established several brands myself, I understand how difficult it really is to obtain it right each time for each customer. However this will always be our goal in the hospitality room.I can't stand to bad-mouth venues. However in this case I'm trying to get in touch with the proprietors and any administration that really care. The administration team I encountered as of this airport operation ought to be loving life. Certainly this could end up being the best possible restaurant at KLIA. Nevertheless, their arrogance, retaliatory mindset towards clients and their apparently "I don't care" mindset is not any doubt costing the proprietors plenty of lost revenues, income and can create an unsustainable company. Sorry....just what a disappointment.

Absolute rip off plus they lie to you around their promotion. We had been told purchase one beer obtain one free of charge... nope they lied. We also repeated the deal back again to the Worker to make certain that is what he intended. We paid $45 AUD for6 dumplings, 2 x beers and chips. No they didn’t feed the meals to us yourself. Why so expensive? I've no idea! The eating place was warm and muggy, i experienced to get a ice cold beverage just to cool off. 16% surcharge! Just what a solution to end my holiday.
