Food quality is good and I always enjoy my meals here.Ambience is ok, can be noisy when full house so may not be conducive when you want to carry out a conversation with someone.Be prepared to queue up during peak hours. There is a kids play area upstairs so good for families.

The food was really good but the service was very very slow! It took over 45 minutes for my Mac n cheese, soft shell crab burger and soft shell crab pasta to come. The table next to me who came after I did got their food a lot earlier.

I can tell why Dorothy wanted to walk the Yellow Brick Road 🤓 It was so so good! (as always)I’ve always been a huge fan of Yellow Brick Road and if anyone asks me on a cafe to recommend, Yellow Brick Road would be one of the first ones I’d think of!So, my guilty pleasure for cheat days is getting fries and mushroom soup and using the mushroom soup as a dip for the fries (DON’T BASH ME TILL YOU TRY IT, YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE TRUST ME!!) For the savoury: I ordered the Posh Fries, Wild Mushroom Soup and the Much Room for Mushrooms Pancakes! They were all fabulous! If you enjoy the taste of truffle, don’t shy away from these 3 dishes as they’re packed with truffle flavour (and for a reasonable price!) The Posh Fries are my personal PERFECT fry texture, thin and crispy while the Mushroom Soup was AMAZING! Super flavourful and the pancakes were cooked to perfection! For the sweet: I ordered the Carrot Cake and it was okay! Wasn’t the best in my personal opinion but it gets the cravings done! Service is good too with them being attentive and friendly and serving us really fast! I’d definitely RECOMMEND the mushroom dishes and though it isn’t in the pictures, definitely order the Cheesy Mr Mac! Absolute heaven!

It's always my go-to place to get my pancakes craving fixed 😋 And YBR is also the participant of the Entertainer apps which is a plus point!

We’ve been here a few times for brunch. The food is always delicious and the place has such a lively atmosphere. It’s very busy though so you may have to wait a little for a table but it’s totally worth it.

Great ambience. Personally like the carrot cake but the portion may be a little small. Pancake's great but the big breakfast was just so-so in my opinion. May come back for other dishes.

Standard of the cafe has dropped tremendously compared to when they just opened! Portions are getting smaller too. Not worth visiting and won’t be returning anytime soon

Disappointing experience back in December 2017. I remember YBR used to be my favourite restaurant when they first opened because of its good quality, service and presentation of food. We ordered The Impasta Returns, Gardener’s breakkie, Sweet Mash of Mine and Eggs Norwegian v2.0. The pasta was served first. After 5 minutes the Eggs Norwegian was served followed by the Gardener’s breakkie was served. Look at the second photo. It doesn’t look appetising at all! After checking with the waiter a few times, they finally served the Sweet Mash of Mine when we were done eating the rest. Bad service! Not worth the wait definitely.

I am so impressed by the growth of coffee culture in Malaysia. And Yellow Brick Road represents one of the very best. Did not eat but their coffee offering and execution is impeccable. I've included a photo of my usual double shot latte to show how creamy smooth the froth was. Coffee was hitting all the right note. What an enjoyment for me...1st coffee in 4daya since I arrive from Melbourne. For those coffee enthusiast from Melbourne...this is in the level of Patricia, Ora and BBB...
