It had been a surprise supper organised by my companion. Liked the multi sensory knowledge....staffs were courteous. they were able to cater for my choice of vegan diet plan. My companion had their usual menus. Food presentation was great but had been dissappointed with the flavour. Rather toned and1 of my meals was oily. Also my companion didnt find his meals right. Dessert was delicious though. The dining expertise was only for one hour...we felt that it had been too brief for a 5 training course dinner. The length between me and companion was too much...making communication a little difficult...we need to speak loudly to be heard. It wasnt quite comfy esp in several strangers. I sensed like we have been rushed through the entire dining experience. I'm amazed to learn that the meals was made by a Michelin superstar chef....I've had fine dining encounters....but this just can't be accepted by my tastebud . The encompassing outside this location is appalling....it appears unkempt.
