I’m uncertain if it’s the get or the store, but I’ve purchase the meals for over one hour 10mins. The get driver blamed the store and said the store made an incorrect order, and I will wait yet another 20mins. I’m uncertain who’s responsible here, terrible services on both sides, if you would like information on the order I could supply them privately. Thanks.

Utilized to love their dessert however the high quality has already been dropped since. Visited dinner nearby and action into to aid. The counter had been so impatient and arguably stating, "I haven't finish speaking". This sort of mindset in the service collection is this type of disappointment. Wouldn't consider to return anymore.

I'm their regular customer, like their curry puffs and soybean, but today's customer's service actually shocked me that I'll think twice time for the same location. I went to purchase at the counter, a lot of their staffs were seated round the counter and laughing, using their mobile phones, chatting and pressing the buck to one another to take my orders. There's that one staff wearing dark uniform uncertain she's the supervisor or what but if she actually is the supervisor after that please change your personnel! Please monitor your employees!

连续两次打包都有塑料碎 然后想说不要打包一样的东西就不会有问题了 结果另外一个order的 她给的那个糖浆 就只有杯子那边涂薄薄一撇而已 上面也没有放 10块多的东西完全没有味道 冰也粗粗 相比ss15 分行味道和质量比真的差一点 每次甲洞分行打包都很失望(店面打包的那种) 但是之前在店内吃的体验是很好的
