In general, the meals is quite good, specifically the Forest Berry Sorbet. The flavor is incredible. The presentation of the meals and the handling of the function were both interesting. It had been a pleasure to start to see the pictures of the birthday individual as well as thewishes displayed on the display and start to see the team flourish in making their birthday individual happy and excited. By the end of the event, once they served all of the food, I asked among the servers what else these were going to assist, but he stated there is nothing else listed still on the menus it said Tea or coffee will undoubtedly be served. Feeling a little disappointed and after 2 times I asked their product sales representative about any of it, but she explained that tea or coffee will undoubtedly be available upon demand, that i find unacceptable. I've not really been informed I have to request Tea or coffee if I want to buy. As well, I has been told that the individual in charge was likely to bring the cake to the desk and bring the birthday celebration person to take images close to the screen, but absolutely nothing of this sort happened. We have to ask that rather, the image be displayed once again on the display screen so the birthday person may take photos as a storage. There's always room for improvement. Despite being truly a coffee enthusiast, I'm dissatisfied that I did so not obtain the coffee, and I would recommend that the next time they think of a better program and run the function more effectively. Lastly, thank you once again for all your hospitality you extended to people at that wonderful occasion. Best wishes team!

Is an excellent exprience.include excitement, romance. happy time in jointly, the live band will be good2🥰🥰 The waiter is polite. I had a splendid supper at Grand Getaway with 1N stick with my hubby celebrating our 20th loved-one's birthday on 25th Dec 2021. It was an excellent experience to go to 4 nations; Japan, NY, Moscow, Istanbul & back again to Malaysia in 2 hrs5 dinner course, with amazing 'travelling' atmosphere given the pandemic circumstance. Many thanks Grand Hyatt for the hospitality & making our remain a memorable one ♥️

The Grand Gateway supper may be the only place you won't ever feel uninterested in an Aviation-themed environment. At the entry, you may benefit from the 360level shoot video then your instant you enter the eating hall, you may be amazed by way of a fully digital display screen onthe walls. This is one way I felt. The very best part may be the food was outstanding therefore was the services. I had japan scallop which was amazing. Forest berry sorbet has been also very good. The neighborhood cendol presentation really was great therefore delicious! I really like the magic component, it had been really fun! Excellent experience for the family directly after we struggle being contaminated by covid and nearly took my partner life after being kept in icu for a number of days due weighty infection inside her lung at stage 5, the probabilities to survive its 50/50. Fantastic Experience !! Have the new connection with dining with Aviation-themed atmosphere. MY PARTNER and Kids Really like it. Need to make earlier reservation on the time as scared of fully booked. Almost cancelled due to not able to bring the youngsters without extra junior classmeal. However the staff Melissa actually kind follow up to get the additional chair and make my desire to surprise my partner came true!! Many thanks so much .. your personnel hospitality truly amazing!! Feel the new eating experience once sign in. The entry have 360 degree chance that induce beautiful memorable movie. The dining hall style fully digital display on the walls so that you can felt like you are usually on the airline flight, he kids actually enjoyed!!
