In general, the meals is quite good, specifically the Forest Berry Sorbet. The flavor is incredible. The presentation of the meals and the handling of the function were both interesting. It had been a pleasure to start to see the pictures of the birthday individual as well as thewishes displayed on the display and start to see the team flourish in making their birthday individual happy and excited. By the end of the event, once they served all of the food, I asked among the servers what else these were going to assist, but he stated there is nothing else listed still on the menus it said Tea or coffee will undoubtedly be served. Feeling a little disappointed and after 2 times I asked their product sales representative about any of it, but she explained that tea or coffee will undoubtedly be available upon demand, that i find unacceptable. I've not really been informed I have to request Tea or coffee if I want to buy. As well, I has been told that the individual in charge was likely to bring the cake to the desk and bring the birthday celebration person to take images close to the screen, but absolutely nothing of this sort happened. We have to ask that rather, the image be displayed once again on the display screen so the birthday person may take photos as a storage. There's always room for improvement. Despite being truly a coffee enthusiast, I'm dissatisfied that I did so not obtain the coffee, and I would recommend that the next time they think of a better program and run the function more effectively. We had an extremely special dining knowledge at Grand Gateway ...several surprises through the entire dining session with the excellent hospitality service .
