I had an excellent Festive Brunch at Brassiere St Regis KL with the Xmas and Year End Special event. The chef and cooking group have whipped up a superb selections of dishes. I've thoroughly enjoyed the meals offerings. Staffs are very nice, helpfuland attentive. Done well to everyone at the Brassiere St Regis KL.

We came here for the anniversary. Read plenty of reviews that are positive so we wished to celebrate with some location special. We made a decision to do lunch. They have available the Executive Set Lunch Menu. We required a appearance but we determined we needed togo Ala Carte as there have been several dishes we wished to try. The Tuna tartare was a touch too soggy. Actually the dish has been a touch too acidic to a spot it began to ‘make’ the tuna. Most of the tuna parts turned brown because of the acidity. Generally tartare the protein may be the ‘hero’. In cases like this the flavour had been masking the tuna. It wasn’t too poor that we wished to deliver the dish back again, but certainly won’t be buying that again. For mains we shared three various dishes. We'd the risotto with foie gras, that was fine. The signature ocean bass was good, however the star of your day was the brief rib. This is heavenly. Reminded us a small amount of Una Trompette in Cheswick, London. Tried their 3-training course executive business lunch time with my brother. The meals was just okay for me. Whenever we say great dining, usually do not expect the meals was complete the plate. Anyway, i do just like the tea. The area is nice rather than so manypeople. I'm just pleased with their service.

However the bigger issue is, can thatsame dinner withstand the vacation in a container and in the fingers of a delivery individual yet retain their goodness? Lobster Tagliatelle Package (RM 260) Packing: Not the 1st time we've ordered from St Regis & we truly love their product packaging. Everything about any of it screams luxury. Though it found its way to a paper box & document bag, it had been embossed with their logo design on it. It had been also delivered via Lala shift that was a first for all of us specifically for food deliveries. Taste: We purchased their Lobster Tagliatelle (RM 125.08) previously (the initial 3 photos) & it had been absolutely delicious with the rich sauce & the lobster shell all smashed up rendering it easy to eat. Expecting exactly the same, we purchased again. Nevertheless what we missed has been the “KIT’ that ought to have trained with away.
