Restoran Texas Poultry SOGO tempatnya bersih, meja makan yang banyak dan pelayan mesra pelanggan. Cuma ayam goreng boleh dipertingkatkan kelazatannya. Luar ayam goreng agak sawo matang dan isi dalamannya kurang berjus dan tawar. Mungkin perlukan perapan sehingga terasa ke dalam isi ayam. Coleslaw sedap tapi masam mayonis tu agak kuat. Bun pula manis madu, sedap juga. Kanak-kanak tentulah sangat suka rasanya.Vegetarian options: Anda boleh memesan coleslaw dan bun madu yang sedap.Car parking: Letak kereta ada disediakan oleh pihak Sogo.Wheelchair accessibility: Restoran ini boleh diakses dengan kerusi roda.

Food is fairly nice, I love the jalapeño bombers. However customer support is terrible because they're horribly understaffed. One bad girl is working the til and carrying out the assembly while a few others float round the back again. Long wait times, meals sometimes cold, people quitting on the queue and departing. Whoever owns this franchise wall plug is losing lots of money since they aren't staffing it correctly.

First time We came was at 9.30 however they closed despite of the truth that the indications said close at 10pm2nd period I came at 9 pm they said they're closed3rd period I came at 8.29 plus they told me forget about chicken. I beg them and remind them they suppose to close up at 9pm . The man pity on Mr becos I informed him it's my 3rd try and cook the poultry for me stating I hv to hold back 20 mins plus they close in 30 mins. I informed him I'll finish my dinner in 10 minsI wish administration will read my write-up and do something. They're losing customers in this manner. I could notice there r nevertheless many potential customers arriving yet they r not really hungry good enough to want business

Customer support SUCKS!The cashier wear black clothing and tudung (shift manager i believe) is super RUDE and using harsh tone when ordering. She furthermore threw my foods like trash. Stupid individuals like her need schooling and learn proper way when serving customer. Fortunate her met individuals like me (a endurance one), if fulfilled with baran type....Texas Poultry Sogo please do something!
