Very fragile SOP. We were seated close to the counter. Meals were prepared but pending serving.Couple of guys were designated to various other tasks. Still left two poor girls ( component timers ) ran occasionally to serve meals.The lady branch supervisor didn’t come and help up. Another guy by the title of Marves has been the worst. He simply just walked occasionally without doing anything , such as a huge boss.We ordered 4 meals and was served 2, and designed to await 30 min prior to the some other 2 were served.Wasted this type of great brand.We’re not arriving anymore.

Service is good , meals is good , friendly employees , maybe staff isn't enough so foods is a little bit slow . Everything will be good .

HEY SUSHI TEI!You may aswell just close your doorway at 830pm instead!I went at 835pm, therefore you’re informing me I must wait half hour because of high traffic. And Indeed I am aware and I ready to wait since it is weekend supper. However your staff saying 9pm may be the final call and as soon as when I sit down in your restaurant I would not have time and energy to order. And also I've time to purchase I must wait again half hr (reasonable but not fair).Your frontline attitude is poor, explaining so a lot for what. Just location a board in the front your store saying CLOSED. Don’t established your closing period at 10pm. Your staff wished to off on period so they are assisting you to “halau” your customer :) Great JOB

one hour queue, reservation prohibited. Food good as normal, service could possibly be slightly better.
