They don't use regular Shaved Ice, instead they use Grass Jelly Shaved Ice. TO DIE FOR!The "beeping UFO" is a cool method used here, once the dessert is ready, this beeping UFO will start vibrating and flashing, then you can take your dessert at the collection counter.

Snowflake's Mango Deluxe is pretty much all of your favorites into one good bowl - chewy tapioca balls, smooth grassjelly, tau fu fah and mango ice cream, yam and sweet potato balls! Does it get any better than this? Its so refreshing!

Ini juga salah satu dessert favorit gw di Pavilion KL. Setiap kali kesini gw harus makan ini dessert. Nyokap, ade dan ponakan gw juga suka banget. Kadang ada topping durian ( seasonal ) tapi untuk yg mangga setiap hari ada.

This store offers a variety of Taiwanese style desserts. During my last few visits to this store, I tried a few types of their desserts, thus far, all of them tasted lovely. The prices are relatively more reasonable as compared to stores under other franchise brands offering similar or virtually similar types of desserts in other countries such as Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand and Thailand.Unfortunately, I did not have the luck to try their signature series of mango desserts, particularly the much sought after Sensation Mango dessert. This item is certainly on my priority list for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. ✌✌Food & Beverage : 8/10Service : 6/10Price : 7/10Ambience : 6/10

I like their sweet potatoes as topping which fresh baked.. nice combination with grass jelly and red bean. Tau Fu Fa also nice here for hot serve.

Just cruising around solo and saw this place, was pretty busy but had a few tables free. Ordered the MANGO SENSATION for $15 Ringgit and what a sensation it was! - great for a hot city like KL and a chance to sit down but be warned, that serving size was pretty massive for 1.  And of course they are never 100% like the photos on the menus but was good enough for me.Would I return YESRating out of 5: Food: 4. As usual, snowflake is a great place to enjoy one of my favorite dessert. I gave it a try on the matcha and mango series. Both with huge portions. Matcha was alright but the mango doesn't really fit my taste buds, guess it's just a matter of preference.

Yum Yum Yum. One of my favourite dessert. How wonderful it is to having it on a hot and sunny day in Malaysia. For me, I love their Taroballs so much. Must try.

A long queue can be seen from afar, so I thought this place must be good. And indeed it is. Offering you various types of desserts (especially mango desserts), Snowflake is the perfect place if you want to eat / drink something refreshing.I ordered the Mango Deluxe (around MYR 18), got a very big bowl of mango sorbet completed with chunks of mango, bubble, and mango puree. No wonder everyone seemed to get more spoons for a bowl because you can definitely share a portion together with your friends. Really big and tasty.
