Keep these things cut into items for us, however they don't. The employees just told us they stick to SOP of business, where chicken can be like Taiwan, can't put into parts. HALO, Don't discuss politic concern to the client needs okay. WTH

Very impolite personnel. Ordered XXL Crispy Poultry and requested them to lower smaller parts but he response can only cut fifty percent, as proven in the SOP. However the notice really just mention: to help keep the chicken's juiciness and genuine flavor like Taiwan, the poultry will be uncut. For me personally that means through the frying procedure is uncut, that's great. But after fried nevertheless not allow to reduce. Thats illogical. Please modification your ridiculous SOP !
