The supper was great and wonderful as two folks enjoying the friday buffet supper. The seafood is fresh and the chef have become kind in serving, so we dont have to ask and wait. The web host Mr. Reza have become kind to allow meextend my reservation period as I'm running past due and because of that i do not want to rush and also have a peaceful evening with my girlfriend and revel in our supper at the cafe. the atmosphere and the surroundings is really fantastic. its abit without service though. when i see a lot of them are usually foreigners, they didn't request anything to us before very clear our table. actually the cutleries and the plate we have been having they got it. i dont go on it as a negative things, but it could be more great should they clarify with diners initial before clear some of their plate as both folks remain enjoying our dinner. overall, the encounter is very enjoyable. as soon as again! Thumbs around Malar who be mindful my table during lunchtime. Friendly and often anticipate the guest require. Just need to improved may be the beriyani rice at the Indian Area...too much spice within the rice therefore i can’t enjoy a lot with the tandoori. Othersfood has been good. Visit that restaurant just on Wednesday so location wasnt busy from all ( and location is really a large size should say ) . Food is actually well presented with excellent chose of cuisines ( western , Japanese, local , Chinese) Actually nice . Dessert buffetalso an enormous selection of puddings , ice cream . I love in this place collection of plates , bowls etc - really colourful and joyful not standard uninteresting plates . Staff working there helpful and ready for help as needed . Restaurant no problem finding as located just close to reception at Resort . I will keep coming back , highly recommended

The breakfast buffet was terrible. They can’t also make a basic basic egg. Minimal selection of food. Food high quality not right to a 5 superstar hotel. Disappointing. Not really worth the amount of money at all.

They both bring the plate back inside.... and several minutes passed.. no sign of Some of them.. not really my cake nor my server. By this time around, I was very annoyed. I made a decision to cancel my purchase and leave. Another staff were tryingggg to create me stay.. uncertain whatever for. No-one was attending if you ask me anyway. Therefore, this other staff visited check what’s incorrect in the kitchen. Evidently, the cake went poor/was spoilt. Appearance, sh*t happens. I obtain that. But all he had a need to do was another and inform me of the mishap, I possibly could have transformed my purchase. The dude never arrived. Uncertain how “sedap” Sedap is.. but also for now, their assistance isn't too sedap if you ask me. Furthermore, their autopay machine wouldn’t accept my cash either. So exasperating.

We stayed at the Pullman KLCC Resort for just two 2 nights and the breakfast at the Sedap was wonderful. Probably the most full buffet breakfasts available - we started our times feeling full and joyful. On both events I could try severaldifferent new meals that I wouldn't have discovered elsewhere, such as for example roti benggali. I would only point out that maybe there have been slightly limited amounts of staff available to assist the higher amount of customers in the eating place.

I furthermore indulged in a decorative-laden dessert made by pastry Chef Tasnim. Oh how may i overlook the grilled satay. They heavenly. Sedap sekali. Lastly, the strong group of serving staff requires a special mention. Included in this had been Andy, the FnB director, Mus, Shariff the restaurant supervisors, Tommy the bar supervisor and Jubaidah. Each of them gave me personalized provider despite being truly a hectic night. Kudos to the group. I will come back for another dining knowledge.

For a cost of RM178 (buffet dinner with free-flow alcohol), I'd say the knowledge was average and may have been better. 1. Overall, food was great was well-prepared but due to the amount of individuals booked for the supper, there were long outlines towait to be offered. For seafood, I stood in range for at least five minutes before I was offered. 2. The chef/personnel was furthermore inconsistent about serving individuals. In Mandarin Hotel, these were strict about visitors not touching the serving utensils therefore SOPs were implemented but here, individuals were just doing because they wished to and the employees didn't manage this properly. 3. Food appears to have go out pretty early. You can note that desserts were currently completed by 9PM, alongside the cheeses. I'd have expected the meals to become more consistent all through the entire night. 4. The wait personnel is nice and mindful of the needs. This is a plus. Was it well worth the purchase price? Not really due to the fact there were way too many people and you also couldn't properly benefit from the ambiance and the meals to go around.

That is my honest review. *Service* 2/10 - it got them averagely half an hour for attending my text. - no proper greeting - overall correspondences is similar to speaking with a automated robot (except the finish conversation part) - it takes one hour and 30minutes to get ready the food - +10 mins till rider involves pickup. - did not provide choices for delivery service (i must pickup food at entry) they "assume" that customers required exactly the same service. My developing is under movement limitations. They just require a courtesy to request first rather than assuming. *Food* 2/10 **Japanese Bento ( Stir Fried Beef With Cabbage)** - Very salty - Beef too dry out and chewy - Chawanmushi was mix and appears like soup base (all of the eggs crumbled) - Miso soup tasted okay. - Salad tasted regular however its within a infant portion - Futomaki roll will be okay (the only real food tasted okay in the bento collection) **Japanese Bento (Strong Fried Chicken Cutlet with Scrambled Egg)** - Chicken taste mix and dry - Eggs and mushroom will be mushy - Chawanmushi tasted mix and appears like soup base (all of the eggs crumbled) - Miso soup tasted okay. - Salad tasted regular however its within a infant portion - Futomaki roll will be okay (the only real food tasted okay in the bento place) **Korean Bento (Stir Fried Marinated Beef)** - Beef incredibly salty and dry - beef gravy very salty - marinated beansprout & peanuts will be ok. - ready made kimchi (as well acidic) - no salad provided ( however they mentioned it within the menu) - stir fried combine vege tasted horribly with a burn off smell. **Drinks** 2x Pink Guava Juice 1x Mango Juice (almost all 3 juices is alright, well i understand i originated from the tub anyway) I wouldn't consider buying again because the standards isn't on par of a 4 starhotel. The appears / presentation of the meals is good, but when involves the taste of it, even my kids doesn't even really wants to eat it following a first bite, the only real eatable food was the futomaki,white rice, salad and soups.
