Terrible service! Staffs had been badly trained, didn't actually know how to grin or give you thanks! All they cared had been if your supermarket trolley isn't inside the outlet. That is by far among the worst Key Recipe outlets we've actually been! Shame you all!!!

Worst program! Atuk dan nenek saya tak habis makan, minta bungkus. Dah 10 minit lebih makanan dibungkus tak sampai2. Rupanya dah dibuang. Nenek dan atuk saya sangat hampa! Biasalah orang tua tak habis makan. Ingat nak sambung makan lgi kt rumah. Mereka ganti dengan a slice cake i believe around rm10 per slice. Memang tak well worth compared dengan quantity yang mereka dah buang. Kecewa tapi malas nak bising. For certain most of us takkan datang lagi. Foods sedap tapi servis sangat teruk. Kita invest bukan sikit2, RM200++ tapi layanan worst!
