Actually upset and mad with the purchase.Bought a complete cake to celebrate our boss birthday celebration. Ask for bday topper no topper, say store dont possess topper.Requested only 1 candle also didn't provide all of us....(we expected the candle is packed within tgt with the cake since we requested)Whenever we went bck to workplace for special event only realise there is absolutely no CANDLE. Halo ? It's okay if u dont possess topper, we understand probably Ur shop didn't provide or require extra charges onto it. But normal birthday celebration candle ??? shouldn't it become included ???

Bad customer support.Ordered 2 slices of cake thru their QR code also it took them 20 mins simply for them to slice the cake. There weren’t many customers plus they had three individuals at the counter. Even better, once the cake came it had been the incorrect cake. Super disappointed

I found dine in as of this store, supposedly waiter have to take my purchase but We was ask to purchase myself at the counter, firstly I purchase your service charge. Even though I was waiting around at the counter, nobody inquire me what I wish to purchase. For me this type of support that you gave to the client isn't acceptable. As a person I feel disappointed together with your customer support. Please advice your personnel on a lot more about customer support and how exactly to serve client. I’m here to take pleasure from your food never to be upset together with your staff.
