Love it ! The last time I went here for lunch, had to wait for awhile but it’s worth it ! Mix all the curries together with rice and you can taste the richness of the spices ❤️ Definitely will go again !

the taste is good. but the portion is too big for me and my bro sis. the one that i like is the chicken is so yummy. i like the kripik too. the price is not too pricey. worth it with the taste of food.

STILL my number one and forever will be my favorite banana leaf restaurant in malaysia! It taste so good. I love their fried snake gourd. Those heavenly warm rice on topped of banana leaf was poured with chicken and fish curry, with the crunch of salted chili and other condiment was literally dabomb. Asked for extra serving of popadoms every time coming here. Nyumnyum. Also ordered extra chicken and sotong ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you're searching for Indian cuisine around bangsar then this is one of the spots. Food is okay la. Some dishes are cool and the others are not. Standard pricing.

Hello!I was in KL for two days and this place was on my must-visit list. Post meeting I took the cab and ended up here.I ordered banana leaf thali with chicken. The chicken pieces were hard because they cook farm chicken as opposed to country chicken. The gravies and veggies were just alright. Nothing out of the world really! The teh was really good though. Servers were rude and service wasn't prompt. It was a very typical Indian attitude.I would personally recommend to avoid this place if you can find a more courteous place nearby.Thank you!

This placed has changed the way I personally view Indian food. It has one of the best Indian style food I’ve eaten to date. The food is very well prepared. It doesn’t have that ‘mamak’ feel, rather it feels like a real restaurant. Everything was very well done from the handling of high table demand, efficient staff and responsiveness. When someone told me about this place, he said the fried bitter gourd is amazing. Now, I really dislike bitter gourds from young but damn if this did not change my view on it. It was the best variation of bitter gourd I’ve ever eaten. The menu is large in variations from different types of curry to meats in the curry. Seating time for this place during peak hours ranges from 10-30minutes but trust me, the food is worth the wait.

The best south indian food in town. The portion and the taste of food is excellent. Totally will be a remedial to your south indian crave! The price for vege meal 1 set + set of biryani chicken + fried squid (small) + fried chicken + lassi is only rm47. Totally worth the price!

Don’t expect to get a seat fast unless you’re early during peak hours (12-2pm & 6-9pm). The queue is worth it though! The fried peria (bittergourd) is rather soggy at night compared to during lunch.

Tasty and abundant food served on a banana leaf. Love the fish and Rasam hot after inner drink. Fun place. The servers come around offer you different sauces to accompany the entrée you ordered along with other condiments as well: cucumber, fried baby okra, peppers, dried anchovies, etc. Good value, always crowded by the line moves relatively fast. Fired noodles are great a swell but not always offered on weekend because its too busy.

Waiting time here during peak hours is a nono especially during lunch hour where the Sun is shining brightly at our backs. But then again, the food is good. Worth the wait? Maybe? I usually go before the peak hour begins (11am ish) because mama and I do not like to queue 😅. This time around, we ordered fried chicken (you can mention which part you would like, well, me being me, we ordered the thigh) and also fried squid (sotong goreng). The favourite thing on the banana leaf was and forever will be their fried bittergourd (peria). Mama and I always asked for extra when we were being served. Yes, they will come to your table with the banana leaf then we will be served with the rice, side dishes and our selection of curries. Paired with rassam and papadom, it is a perfect brunch meal ☺️
