The place was bustling, it was 3/4 full before lunch time, we were there before 11.30 AM. In my experience having been to numerous Nasi Campur places, I realised that the food in these kind of eatery to be best at or around peak meal times. Thats when all the dishes are doled out at a big buffet counter. I have tried after lunch hours, most of my favourite vegan and fish dishes were gone. I love their various sambals with fresh and delectable Ulams/vegetables. Depending on your preference, find the one with the level of spice that matches up to your tastebuds. Once you have completely filled up your plate ala Mount Everest height -the staff will survey your order and hand you a chit with the price, pay after you have eaten at the counter. You are guaranteed to leave with a full stomach and a satisfied grin as food is truly good but the prices are steep. Parking spaces fills up fast at the rear, path is very narrow for incoming and outgoing traffic. However there is an attendant to navigate during stressful times.

The place is almost always full of people, so be early! They have a huuuuge spread of Malay lauk - everything you possibly want is there (except for siput sedut sadly). Their patin tempoyak is quite good! And their ketam masak lemak is just.....magnificent. Their tunjang is also really good - Padang food lovers would definitely love that!
