Great food. Chicken wings, satay skewers even grilled vegetables. Delicious street food. The snack menu is great value and so many options. Fresh tasty food, excellent seasoning.

Such good food.. a bottle of chilled beer with chicken fried rice and spicy prawns. The best food I could have. So perfect and good to eat. Loved the ambience as well. On streets with booze.

This is one of the most crowded restaurant in jalan alor. I had to wait for 10 minutes as I came in groups of 7 and the staff brought us inside sangkaya (or sangkala) restaurant and he left afterwards. We called the waiter to place the order but itu took more than 5 minutes for the waiter to come but just after he arrived he left again to deliver food to other table and 5 minutes later he came back.. this happened 3 times until we got upset but we still hold back. It took more than 20 minutes to placed the order as the waiter kept come and go. The food itself was served quite fast and the portion was quite generous. - grilled tofu: this one is unique, they use tofu skin and stuff rojak sauce inside it. So the taste is palm sugar sweet and sour- stir fried balacan pine sprout: the sprout was very young and tasted crunchy- steamed chicken: just ordinary steamed chicken and the sauce was rather plain- grilled sting ray: it's one of their specialty and tasted superb. Totally a must try menu- grilled chicken wing: the meat was so tender and perfectly marinated. I love it- stir fried clam: this was also one of my favorites. It was so fresh and perfectly cooked and very easy to remove from the shellsIt was quite a feast we had there and only paid RM 270 for 7 peoples. We had no idea they charged something like RM 30 for...It's recommended to look through your bills before settling the payment

31st of Dec, I dared to visit this place.. Was almost full by the time I visited here because of the street food which I had earlier on this street.. The place is pretty big and Kudos to the service here which is pretty fast.. The crowd just kept on increasing and growing but the service didn't get bogged down!! I ordered the traditional BBQ Chicken Rice, tasted good .. One more plus point is value for money.. The food quantity was also good.. Keep Hogging, Sanket / 1tablesp00n

We had dinner here for our second night and the food is affordable and delicious! Tables are set at the street and there are a lot of people. We had fried rice, chicken satay with peanut sauce something, some buttered/lemon chicken I guess (I cannot remember exactly), two types of omelette, and shrimp with some shredded squids at the top. The large fried rice is around RM30 good for 5 people. I liked it and the soy sauce-like sauce with some chili on it. It goes well with the fried rice. The satay and the peanut sauce is great too! So far I liked everything we got in here. 😊 Their serving was fast too.
