I visited Kui Lam about 3-4 years ago. This isn't most excellent spot for pork noodles. It was still the same bland savour.

They ran out of pork lard as well, which made it even more savourless. The egg was really and distorted no way it looks love typical onsen. I think twice is enough to say. The soup is salty to begin with and light not with strong porky flavour savour more clean and sweet end savour. This isn't perfect position for pork noodles.
