Visited have the nasi lemak. The basic dish had been about RM 7, incorporating the fried chicken produced the dish price RM 15. Just a little upmarket prices for the sort of restaurant but there is a large number of bits of chicken and affordable portionof peanuts/ikan bilis/sambal (that was spicy). Service has been quick.

Walking length from KL Sentral Station. Fast Service. I experienced the Cendol. The homemade fragrant dark green pandal cendol was served with shaved ice and flavored by fresh coconut milk and gula Melaka was wort it @ RM 5.80

Poultry curry, prawn sambal and ‘Kang Kung’ belacan lunch time for just two 2. Meat meals was pre-prepared, nevertheless, delicious with sensible between spicy and lovely. Decent costs. Intentional peranakan decoration with much effort takes care of and compliments food principles.

Food is ok however, not really authentic Peranakan Foods therefore. The Ikan Cili Garam can be sweet. What sort of "garam" dish can flavor so nice is anyone's guess. Maybe, it is more fitted to customers who have hardly any of how a geniune Peranakan Foodshould really flavor and definitely not for the real Peranakans, will basically be rather disappointed.

Had popiah, Ayam O and Cendol. Popiah is fairly good in fact it is fully filled up with plenty of ingredients nonetheless it continues to be counted as a little expensive for me personally. The Soup of the Ayam O is most likely among the best soup Ihad also tried in my own life however the chicken is not as well tender. Cendol is ready too much and very problematic for clients like us to take pleasure from the dish and all of the pandan jelly will be all prepared in the bottom of the bowl therefore we can only benefit from the pandan jelly directly after we surface finish the mountain filled with ice however the gula Melaka applied to the cendol includes a very solid flavour and it matches the cendol perfectly!!! Food 4/5 Ambience 4/5 Service 3/5 Value 4/5

We would recommend to all or any cravers who like cendol. Their cendol with the particular thicken gula melaka is the greatest I have tasted up to now. I will always require cendol himalaya with additional 'coconut milk' The helping staff is more content to oblige. Iwould price 10/10.😋👍

The area is cool, food is good and intensely cheap! Try the lime as well as the barley Juice. We'd some soup/ poultry/ rice (I cant actually remember the name). Its worth a trip or more =)

Been here on / off... Regular visits whenever we need conventional homecook Peranakan food. Good food and provider without frills but with conventional "back again to childhood and excellent family meal gatherings" encounters. Quite nostalgic with oldies as vocals. Many private favourites....Nasi Lemak, Mee GorengNyonya, Nyonya Laksa, Pai Tee, Otak Otak, Curry Poultry, Sambal Udang, Ikan Cili Garam, Udang Masak Nanas....and for the grand finale... Cendol Himalaya!!!

Been to Baba lower in bangsar several times b4 and anticipated the same food high quality but has been terribly dissatisfied. Prices was quite higher for the mediocre meals served. We purchased nyonya laksa, cendol, popiah & pai tee. Nothing really amazed us. Won’t do it again cominghere any more.if the owners will be the identical to baba low, I assume its time and energy to pay some focus on this outlet -worker’s attitude & food standards.

    1) Best hat - excellent for vegetarian who needs fried shallot. Generally tasteless because the content is merely cucumber and turnip. Sauce is definitely 'red' water instead of chilly water 2) popiah peranakan - also another pure vegetarian dish. Shouldn't it contain dried shrimp?? 3) Nyonyalaksa had been bland - always idea the recipe makes use of dried shrimp 4) Ikan gerang asam - extremely fishy, zero asam? Overall, an unappitising expertise and pricey!
