I have already been here several times and I've yet to try almost all their meals. For the cost-effective and variety this location is a heaven. The chef's takes pride within their cooking and also the presentation is nearly like 5* restaurants.. without the ambience.I've never seen this type of great set cooking group in awhile. I really believe that in a long time, they may challenge famous brands overseas and Oriental team restaurants if they keep on their humbled method and cooking strategies and etiquettes.

Everywhere was completely booked so we made a decision to have our reunion supper @ ZK this season and reservation was done 14 days before the date! Also ZK is nearly taken aside from few even more tables at 530pm, believe it or not! Earlier reunion in welcoming theyear of the Rooster, no issue! We ordered the established @ RM 588 nett which comprises the next:- 1) Japanese Yee Sang (pre-ordered) 2) Scallop pumpkin soup 3) Deep-fried Grouper with Longan 4) Golden Dragon Poultry & Sesame Smoked Duck 5) Dancing Marmite Prawn 6) Braised Abalone & Mushroom with Brocolli 7) Wax meats rice in Lotus Leaf 8) Snowfall Fungus dessert 1) standard Loh Sang with exhausted slices of salmon 2) on the lovely part all thx to the pumpkin 3) grouper sliced and battered then heavy fried and garnished with lychee, longan and grapes. something refreshing but I nevertheless choose my fish steamed! 4) salty roast poultry and aromatic smoked duck 5) Prawns just a little overcooked and we found it quite savoury as well. 6) Abalone, mushrooms and stuffed bean curd sticks braised to perfection. Tender and juicy. The superstar of the night time has gotta become this dish! 7) Almost no aroma from the wax meats. Just a little on the dry aspect too. 8) The rambutan appear-as well pancake is served cool and incredibly addictive. Goes properly with the snowfall fungus dessert. Overall, there's strike and misses this go to, but we've kinda expected it simply because everything is prepared within bulk for the reunion time. @ just RM 588, we've nothing at all to complain about. Assistance is as usual, quick, attentive and helpful! You might wanna have a look at Zai Kee if you are around the area. Really packed on weekends, therefore plan your visit! Demand reservation the very best! (010-2764 738)

Taken here by our cousins in 'Chor yee' (second day time of the Chinese New Yr). Extremely busy yet we just had to hold back about 15mins. Ten of us altogether and we ordered 6 meals (including 2 veg, seafood curry, mix meats hot pot, tofuand an enormous pot of rice) however the very best of the bunch has been the sweet glazed extra ribs that was succulent and slid off the bone. Only saw locals right here, including 3 separate tables of Malaysian Indians therefore suspect the meals is appreciated not only simply by the Malaysian Chinese community. Would definitely keep coming back given the opportunity - best to include locals/family or friends that are common with KL as it might be difficult to acquire (it's inside the Pudu area)
