Not the very best teo chew porridge that I've tasted in Kuala Lumpur Nonetheless it was composed with excellent customer support and in addition in a thoroughly clean and comfortable environment. Cost is pretty decent as well. No damage giving this wall plug a try.

This place is reliable, even through the non peak hour. They perform occasionally recommend dishes that aren't listed in the menus. I have no idea them personally but I really do recognise the household members. They may be seen taking cost of the restaurant. As soon as upona night time shift, among the proprietors allowed me to purchase though it was beyond final call. There have been so decent if you ask me, this quality is now more difficult to get in Kuala Lumpur. Among their employee can be an elderly aunty, she is actually excellent. On numerous event, she gave me the desk at the far finish of the restaurant whenever there are no other table obtainable. She generally sits there to relaxation, clear the utensils or arrange meals. They are currently going right through renovation. I am hoping to stop by soon and again.

Serving Teochew foods with the area fully air-conditioned, an ideal spot to dine in the town. The service supplied by the personnel including "probably" the owners is great. They maintain an agreeable attitude unlike various other dining places that I have already been to around thearea. Their food such as for example their kuehs and deserts are very nice. Strongly suggested! Surprisingly, carpark is provided, in back of their restaurant. Its not just a proper carpark but its good they have produced it an effort to supply free space for car parking to dinners rather than having to park across the roads where though during non-working hours will be free of charge, some crooks there would have a tendency to ask for cash. Because of this, I say, done well to the owners.

A good spot to taste true authentic chaozhou food with thoroughly clean and air conditioned environment with good price vs the close by chaozhou stores in Pudu areas . All signatures dishes are great since that is my 4 periods there within 2 a few months . Braised duckwith eggs, intestines and tofu is crucial try . Steam kembong seafood with Taucheo is my chaozhou childhood meals . ChaiPo with fried eggs with 2 dishes of plain porridge constitute good business lunch .

A typical Chinese eating place if you want teochew (among the dialects) cuisine. The desserts are usually so excellent and I’m deeply in love with the kuchai dessert. Meals are teochew classic. Furthermore given a bowl of free of charge fruits! Friendly staffs, basic decor, homey feel.

The meals is authentic. We discovered some dishes that people have not really seen for a long period. The yam paste (dessert) is quite well made, with elements like orange peel, pumpkin, and incredibly less starch. It’s a family group run business. Services is good and pleasant.Lovely to start to see the younger generation running the business enterprise. Will go again.

It’s a rare come across for Teochew cafe and We was introduced by my buddy and quickly make a booking for Saturday dinner on 7.30pm. When arrived, it had been full home both upstairs and downstairs and I’m fortunate that I made a decision to contact to makereservation The mr was so excited since it was a surprise taking him here. He liked consuming teochew porridge and proceeded to go thru the menus and was excited buying so many foods and I had cease him from ordering 2 more dishes We had:- Kuen Chap large simply no filling @ RM 8 Crimson Stew Platter @ RM 16 small Halibut Stew @ RM 21 Stewed Pork Belly along with Mui Choy @ RM 13 small Fried Grouper Epidermis @RM13 small Yellow Cucumber Soup @ RM4.80 Lovely Potato Soup @ RM 2.80 Chrysanthemum Tea @ RM 3.50 2huge Teochew Porridge @ RM3.40 And we'd whole lotsa of desserts Rm for eliminate after dinner. Food was superbly great especially the stewed meats, intestine and duck were soft and juicy and on top of that, ideal for young and aged as not overly loaded with salt. The stew was great with teochew porridge. The fried grouper has been addictive one for my woman and I and we treasured it therefore much. Another strongly suggested dish by US. Will attempt the stir-fry grouper seafood skin following and it’s not ideal for those that dislike fishy taste. Another champion dish at Teochew Lao Er were the mui choy pork tummy. All the meals were flavorful however, not laden with a whole lot salt nor do we tasted any MSG The yellow cucumber soup and chrysanthemum drink taste wasn’t fine. The soup are usually tasted nice like from glucose and contains no dried cuttlefish flavor. The Chrysanthemum beverage was very diluted. Nevertheless the lovely potato soup was great. It’s sweet when flavor, however the ginger spicyness arrives afterwards. I liked that. You can find hits and misses within their desserts though. The angry are usually fragrant with the submitting but kinda nice. The steamed bun are usually healthy kind, ideal for breakfast. Overall will certainly revisit again shortly and can’t wait around to use the rest of these meals and I’m eyeing on the treasure duck and mix fry fish skin already

Came inside without reservation today about a Saturday with its late at 9pm. We'd super late lunch time , that why Because of mr wasn’t really starving, we choose their collection for just two 2 pax @ RM45 and increase small fish pores and skin @ RM 13.Overall bill was RM61.50. For the place we chosen the ginger duck, stewed mui Choy, with French bean with minced pork with porridge and 2 cup of chrysanthemum goji berry beverage for 2 2. For my very own recommendation, fish epidermis and the stewed pork mui choy certainly are a must order dishes if we comes here for supper. Price are usually reasonable for the part served. Suggested for stew meats eater or somebody who appreciate porridge as food aren't overly salty no MSG
