Staff behavior 1 starAmbiance 4 starFood 4 starWelcome 5 starWe were totally 5 people (Including 1 sleeping infant!!), made reservation at 12:45pm and reach about 12:50pm on 26 Nov 2017. Though the whole restaurant was empty when we entered, about 3 to 4 groups gathered later on. The first waitress who welcomed us was more friendly and was patient enough to answer and also suggest some dishes as all of us were complete vegetarians.We had ordered for 2 Coconut Dreamers for drinks (Incl. one without sugar for my friend), which was confirmed by the staff as there would be a very little comprimise in taste since there was no sugar in one drink and also 1 April Lady drink.My friend wasn't however impressed with the taste of Coconut dreamer and sought for the details of what were the ingredients, since there was an essence of Pandan leaves, which she felt. The chef has very nicely confirmed that they don't add pandan leaves to it. Since, she could no longer have more sips, we called our first waitress and requested to replace the drink. Nevertheless! we also mentioned we had no problem in they charging us for the old drink.This is where we started to feel annoyed. Another person (probably waiter or assistant manager kind off who probably didn't listen when what we requested the first waitress to replace the drink) intervened and behaved in a unfriendly way to remove the drink. Later we requested for "Rama V drink"He was speaking to the first waitress "Did you explain what is there in it? (We already saw the ingredients of the new drink btw)." Then to us, "We can't keep changing drinks every frequently. You must know what is there in it."We were like blank minded. We actually asked them to replace and we ourselves volunteered to pay for the original drink which was not good. Since, we didn't want to get our mood off, we didn't utter a word about it.Then, he was the same person who delivered us the main course. In 5 seconds, he said, this is this, that is that, bla bla and went off again behaving in a unfriendly manner.Then, at 2:30pm, when they came to us for a subsequent order, again a not so friendly behaviour. "We are closing our kitchen, we are not taking orders anymore, if you don't order now....". Oh my god!! I understand kitchen will not be open throughout the day. But you must be friendly when you say this. Again we didn't utter anything to them.Then, we ordered the desert before they closed the kitchen. (I don't remember the name since my friend ordered it). We then requested if we can have some more jackfruit pieces inside it. The waitor, who was not willing to even check up with the chef, "Sorry sir, this is our standard quantity. Also, the kitchen is closed."I have never seen a pricy restaurant, denying such basic requests.A good NO to this place, next time from us!

Went there on 2nd January and probably will not return anymore. When we arrived at the restaurant,we were greeted by the staffs but soon after one of them led us to the table,we were basically left aside. We have to kept on calling them whenever we need to place order,asking where are our beverages (as it took some time just for the beverages to arrive),ask for extra cutlery etc. For restaurant of this standard,we expected them to be attentive but unfortunately it was a let down. Foods were not bad but will not return because of the service.

Food was normal, did not blend with the classy enviroment of the restaurant. Perhaps could benchmark from ekkamai and tamarind hills. Overall experience was ok, just the food is just too normal(like you could have them from an open air restaurant in ampang)
