Came for a straightforward post-shopping lunch time and ordered two pieces, RM50 each. We also ordered 5 bits of otoro sashimi that was coming in at RM75 in the a la carte menus. We were seated at the sushi counter and the chef demonstrated us the blockof seafood which we assumed had been exactly the same otoro from the menus. When the costs came, we were billed RM200 for the otoro. When we asked concerning the price difference, the solution given was that the otoro we'd was fresh out of this morning. Therefore presumably the main one in the menus is older and of inferior high quality? We remarked that they should have already been more clear concerning this, as we were buying from the a la carte menus. The server's reply has been sorry with just a little smile. Terrible experience - experience absolutely cheated.

Greet by the waiter and waitress with the entry, we're quickly seated. The seating are personal which all are within their cubicle. For huge group, they are able to arrange their partition walls. Places are clear, ambience is fine and atmosphere will be comfort. Food served on speedand the advisable thing is they served fresh wasabi, which some Great Dine Japanese Restaurant just served packet wasabi. Reward point! Sashimi is crucial order. Provider is tentative and time and energy to time will come-inside to fill our tea. Since their décor are shut (cubicle), suggest to teach their waiters and waitress to knock before enter. Three of these arriving in and only 1 got initiative to knock. Rest are just the compliment. Definitely, will go to the place again.

The environment is excellent and cosy. The employees offer an excellent service and actually accommodating to the guest requirements. The purchase price is average and the meals is good.

We made a decision to have Japanese and picked Rakuzen in line with the reviews and the length to our location. It was a fantastic choice from service , foods and the delivery. We enjoyed privacy inside the calm booth and in addition minimum corkage. The meals was fresh,excellent, well displayed.We tasted both a number of Sushi, Sashimi, tempura, teriyaki, every dish was best. It had been a delectable experience. Recommend it 100%. It was near last order time however they gave us time and energy to chose and quietly tuck involved with it without interruptions.

The dinner set is good and contains various varities from chicken to sea food. The Calfornia established can be delicious. Prices are sensible ambience is wonderful and service is fantastic

Great customer support. Friendly and in addition professional. Foods will be the top class on the list of Japanese restaurants in also the big town KL. I'll definitely visit this cafe again before long, and can try more types of foods which they nevertheless have got a lotin their menus. I have visited exactly the same chain eating place at Oasis Square in Ara Damansara many times, but this cafe in the Pavillion is way better compared to the other one. (I have no idea why the heck this Vacation Adviser system requires even more statements inside this column by repeating that typing a lot more than 50 letters is necessary, that i already exceeded...) Visited Rakuzen, pavilion for supper. The food was new and all meals was delish specifically the salmon mind. Rakuzen is among my favorite Japanese dining places in KL. Program was fast👍👍👍

Waited from 8.30pm Till 9.30pm and The Shop Manager may just said its complete eventhough we went directly into check Theres still a lot of seat. Shop supervisor is quite rude n impolite. I'm regular Customer right here, before this had been no issue for me personally tobring my domestic pets in and take outside region but this time around everything been retricted. Therefore for who check out desapark City n desire to dine in AT rakuzen, for you personally guys knw its not really pet Friendly anymore. I'm very dissapointed n won't visit this Shop once again.

Came for lunch time and the service has been terrible, personnel never informed what foods were available when offering the menus, waited until we ordered then began to inform that it had been unavailable, also spoke quite soft, when putting on the mask you have to speakup, had to ask often to repeat once we cannot hear them, meals all arrived at different periods, one individual got the meal really early and I acquired mine 30 mins later

Came here to possess lunch 1) Assistance is terrible and super slow. Waited almost one hour for our food 2) a desk of 20 people however the one taking purchase is just 1 individual. We do requested to send someone else but no-one came3) we questioned them to clear the desk and the man who assisted murmuring at the trunk telling bad words! 4) worst knowledge ever!!
