Our first time checking out Fujian cuisine. Extremely pleasurable flavours and we had been in particular pleased concerning the good collection of light veggie meals. The iced bitter melon with honey sauce has been delightful. Dessert had been disappointing though but overall an extremely satisfying dinner. We willbe searching for its other global branches.

There are some signature dishes to test plus they are impressive, a good differ from the standard restaurants, and a little pricey.

This is actually the second time I've visited the Putien restaurant in the Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur, on both occasions were treated by the youngsters, this last time for "parents day". I have to admit that on the initial go to I did not necessarily enjoythe food so significantly, but at this juncture I completely enjoyed all the foods served. We mixed a set food for four with extra ala-carte dishes and for that reason had an assortment of seafood, meats and their Fujian (Chinese) signature meals, all had been supurb (with the achievable exception of the deserts). The dishes we'd integrated a starters platter, steamed prawns with garlic, Stewed Yellowish Croaker, Deep-fried Pork Trotters, herbal chicken, drunken cockles (deliceous), braised bamboo shoots, crispy oysters and deserts. Service was good. Uncertain regarding the value when i didn't spend, but I believe it was very costly (especially the beer !!!).

We just like the simple menus, home cooking design but quality handle is first rate! I believe a minumum of one branch in Singapore has acquired Michelin 1 star, may be more by now. The braised intestine is my favourites, and sweet and sour pork ismy wife’s. Today the specific menus has Duotou clam will be in season, therefore we purchased salted and spicy types, delicious. Spinach with hundred years egg, confit garlic and salted egg yolk sauce had been wonderful.

The ambience is good and the meals was good too. But what amazed me most may be the friendly staff. These were courteous and constantly tending to us even though the restaurant was complete. Their program deserves the Michelin Star
