Atmosphere and service excellent. The starters were excellent. Unfortunately the primary courses weren’t scorching and arrived luke warm. One individual ordered tortellini also it was extremely thick and heavy. All the celebration ordered tiramisu also it was very dry. Hasn’t deterred us fromgoing again but would purchase something different.

I actually was craving for Risotto and invited a pal to me for supper. Had seafood soup, that was tasty but a touch too watery. Mushroom risotto tasted excellent, but rice had not been well-cooked. My friend experienced seafood risotto which tasted much better that mine. Will orderthat in my own next visit. Experienced better italian food around, but this cafe is quite ok for me to fulfill my italian craving.

The pizza is good, however the pasta is so-so. Service is fairly lousy, with most employees is unattentive. Thanks

Worst service We ever endured in Bangsar. Calm Sat eve, 4 waiters behind the bar. After 20 minutes and 2 asks nobody had provided a glass or two or taken food purchase. Hopeless.

We'd somewhat high expectations because of this place based on evaluations but were disappointed. The program has been inattentive, the décor overly showy and tacky, and the meals of low quality. The buffalo mozzarella beginner was fine, but needless to say they only got it, but servedwithout any breads - we'd to order garlic loaf of bread. Ravioli was okay, tortellini was dried out and lacked flavor. Menus had large fancy pictures of every dish, and the desk was established with plastic blossoms. We wont become back.

Both pastas had 0 salt inside them. When met with the supervisor, he was interested in safeguarding his ego than settling the meals, “are you aware who I'm?” Asked him to use the pasta which a good infant could’ve realized there is nosalt added and this individual refused to response, saying “it’s as well spicy for me personally to flavor whether there’s salt.” 0/10 for taste, -5/10 for knowledge and customer support. Never ever heading back there, and you also shouldn’t too.

This phenomenal and authentic Italian restaurant is in the pleasant location of Lucky Garden. Whenever we check out Kuala Lumpur from European countries we always eat right here and are never dissatisfied with the meals, drinks or service. This season we visited Portofino on 17th and 19thMay and had lovely meals and so are looking towards eating here again whenever we next go back to KL

We don't really fancy Italian meals but friends wished to try this place thus we gave it a go. Service was OK. Foods nothing at all to shout about. Simply the standard Italian food that complete with carb electronic.g. pizza and pasta.

For the cost, the food really was mediocre. It’s the kind of quality I'd expect for fifty percent the purchase price. The pasta and risotto weren’t properly seasoned and the panna cotta really was underwhelming. I’ve gone to other Italian dining places in KL that cost aroundthe same cost and the flavor was always amazing in the initial bite. The thing that was amazing concerning this restaurant was the purchase price. Would not keep coming back again.
