Pickle & Fig was not a stranger but is well known Western Cafe in TTDI for few years , It was not a new place to hangout but it was place were everyone love to hangout . Beside of Food reviewing myself also been here for few time for their foods and coffee , The shop is located at Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad 2 in TTDI District . Easily spotted with their fancy white background black wording signboard .When comes to interior Decoration , It was a simple but tidy outlook . the most important part is they have a comfortably environment atmosphere that makes diners like me love to chill my time here .

Gone are the days that you just choose anything to eat. As long as it tastes good in the mouth, it's down the swallowing tube. Nowadays, everything is about eating healthy, clean eating and balanced. PICKLE & FIG is all that. From Breakfast to late Dinner. . Located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, and has been in operational for about four and half years by a young entrepreneur named Ken. The latest to the board of PICKLE & FIG will be their menu of choices. You can actually choose and play with your calories intake here. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Food is average. Ordered two panini and smoked duck aglio alio. It's rather expensive for their serving portion. My panini is quite bland. It said on the menu that they use some a homemade sauce. Definitely did not taste the sauce in my panini. Just a typical western cafe food concept.

Two stars for the prawn pesto spaghetti. The pumpkin soup and chicken sandwich is a boo. First time i ate a sandwich, the chicken slices taste is blanch, caramelised onion is white color not in brown. The bread... my goodness.. it's like those you can get it from those hypermarket. Everything taste so "original".

Service was great, staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Menu was laid out on the walls which was something different. LOVED the pudding! Sadly, of all the times I had it, I did not manage to get a picture as the pudding enter my mouth too soon 😂 Would've gotten a solid 5 but the prices were abit steep for a cafe.

An old post which was stuck at the back of my list and I may have forgotten it. I didn't think I enjoyed this place despite the hype. We ordered sandwiches and  they all looked the same, tasted pretty much similar and they are dry. Soup was cold when they served, it was quite funny - why was it even cold to begin with. Is it because it's microwaved soup? I have no idea. Anyhow they reheat the soup (unsure with microwave or the pot which is quite unlikely for the tiny bowl). I didn't think their sandwiches were good enough for me to return - could be prepared at home and probably even better.

Came there because of the good reviews I had seen different places and the sandwich menu looked very promising. However their execution is not up to what I expected and we won't be returning as there is better options around town

I have only been here once and I tried the vegetarian hummus sandwich with wholemeal bread. It was really flavourful and delicious but I thought it was a bit overpriced for such a small portion. It was also really oily which I don't enjoy. The wedges that it came with were also quite soft and they only gave a few. Next time I will try the smoothie bowls instead.

Dotty's happen to be under renovation (darn it) so here we are.  Sandwiches/paninis: not the best and overpriced. Ice green tea latte: Poor. Lots of flies buzzing around. Washroom smells like a dog took a bath in there. Service: Cold and Surly. The staffs need an injection of WARMTH & HUMOUR. They need to get some spring in their steps and some enthusiasm instead of falling into the category of I am-a-cool hipster/lifestyle servers. CASH only."

Worst place to dine. The smoked salmon had a terrible stench. Told the waiter. She claims that its vinegar. Im not new to the taste and smell of vinegar and im pretty darned sure i can tell the difference between vinegar and old dead fish. I didnt appreciate the snarky response either. Tasted like something close to what you'd get served in hell. Never again
