Visited the PappaRich store with some friends as soon as again had a negative experience right now there where their food can be involved. Because it was about 11.30 am, I made a decision to take something not overweight nor light and made a decision to try their Vegetarian Fried BeeHoon. To my dismay, firstly it had been the last dinner to be appear after everybody experienced gotten theirs. Second of all, when I digged involved with it, there were small chunks of fried egg pass on outrageous and center of the noodles. Thirdly, the noodles had been so difficult, meaning not softened sufficiently. And lastly, these were tasteless!. Though,there is some cucumber slices and salad round the plate. When I carried the plate and went to the counter to enquire why the veg bee hoon was included with egg, the personnel blamed it about the HQ telling that was the way the menu was said to be. I described stating that vegetarian means that no meats, no seafood no egg. That they had no answer but rather told me to improve my order and obtain something else in exactly the same price tag. My question is usually - does the PappaRich chain understand that vegetarian meals aren't supposed to have any type of meat? This is a excellent disappointment whenever a customer does not obtain what he/she really wants to consume. It is time that PappaRich evaluate their menu and make an effort to fulfill their customers’ needs.

Service is great. Friendly staff. The area is quitete huge and convenient. Indoor/outside seats available. Good ambient. Assam Laksa is the greatest!

PappaRich has a brand-new menu which became popular all my preferred dishes. It really is now more costly, smaller part and lesser ingredients. Recognize that cost is increased now but nonetheless disappointed never to find my favourite nasi-nasi
