I tried this for the first time and overall experience was OK. The food was good but still need improvement tho. Since I am a cheese lover , so the melted cheese made everything better :)

Food: I ordered Creamy Spicy Salsa with Southwestern Chicken (RM23+ with tax). It's nice and the only menu that I like if I come here. The chicken wasn't hard as well. Thumbs up for this menu.Environment: Standard restaurant and clean. Service: Their service is the only thing I will keep complaining every time I visit this place. It's very SLOW. My food was served only after 35-40 minutes. If you're in a hurry, don't come here. The waiters aren't attentive either, so you'll need to call them several times for one thing. Frustrating!

I love NY Steak Shack very much. Their steak and pasta are so delicious. I am very satisfied with the taste and the portion. It is worth it. Seriously.

The waiter and waitress were good and well trained.They know to give suggestions to customers.The price are quite affordable.The waiting time will be -+ 13 minutes.

Quite good. That's all i can say. Everything is kind of mediocre including the service. The portion is good though. Waiting time can take a bit long.
