I went to this cafe in Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL and I idea it's worthy of giving it a go as the staff advertising outdoors and the images looked nice. I pointed out that it had been quite empty & most of the seats were ripped. Nevertheless, Ididn't desire to be rude therefore i thought just test it out for. The food really was low quality and tasted prepared which they simply heated up. In addition the meals was very cost. This was in the same way expensive as London costs except this kind of food will be a lot nicer in London! Assistance wasn't great because they weren't quite approachable and didn't ask if we required anything. Whenever we received the costs, we realised that the services charge was extremely higher so had not been happy about that due to the fact the service was awful! The personnel at the till called Akaman has been extemely rude and argumentative and had been refusing to listen to our viewpoint on the meals and service. He didn't apologise and neither negotiate the assistance charge for the truth that everything was horrible. I was incredibly shocked how Akaman also raised his voice.

Never in my own life have i had such phoney baba ganoush.. the primary component of which is meant to be aubergine. Nevertheless their baba ganoush acquired NO aubergine. Therefore upset. Their chicken wasnt dried out so thats the upside. Please increase aubergine to your baba ganoushin potential future.

Visited in Jan 2017 for lunch. Average foods at premium cost, the services are sluggish, anticipate to wait for quite a while for the meals to be served. Quite often the staff hardly understand our request, uncertain if it bad commandof English. There have been just 2 tables of clients including us, but we'd to wait around for at the very least 30 mins for the meals to be offered. The grill lamb had been quite decent though. The part was relative little for the purchase price they charge. Most of us experienced that Al Rawsha Eating place (near Jln Kampung Pandan) serving way much better middle eastern meals at cheaper price.

Food is ok however the service ruins everything. I booked this put on Eatigo and obviously state in my own reservation that just me will undoubtedly be coming. When I reach now there the person at the staircase beneath, who sits next to the menus ignores me (cosI am Asian?) When i reach the eating place the cashier eyes me suspiciously and I actually mention that I've a booking. He functions surprised and asked 'simply 1 person?' when we obviously reserve it for 1 person only. No grin or helpful gesture at all. They simply reheat the meals and serve it. During transaction time the cashier attempts to overcharge me giving me the expenses for foods I didnt purchase. When I insist upon my bill he works surprised again. Then give me my correct bill (with high provider cost for non existant support) and looks dissatisfied as he can't fraud me

Took a chance with this place whilst walking simply by. Followed some locals moving in. Food was excellent. The Lentil soup we'd was excellent. I purchased the fried fish that was properly cooked. No alcoholic beverages served here. Costs were very reasonable.

It really is definitely the worst eatery I've visited. We had been on a business visit to KL, thought center eastern food will undoubtedly be great. Alas! Ordered types of breads and curry, distasteful I have to say. Too oily, appears like cooked again and again? To topit off, the waiter approved the meals to us rather than placing up for grabs himself! Time to pay out up at the counter, the modification is definitely thrown on the counter rather than passing by hand for you! Gosh, it appears they don't really like our patronizing. No 'thank you' is okay but put through cheap pictures by these folks.. super horrible spot to be in!

The meals was delicious in comparison to Dubai and the service was so excellent they replaced with a fresh meal instantly without the hesitation when among the meal wasn't cooked properly.
