First impression - great ambience and service, good seating options. The waiters were attentive and food service was quick despite it being a weekend when i went there. I had ordered the full platter, chicken pita with  a side of rice and caesar salad. The chicken was good and tasty. I wish the portion of sides and salads could've have been a little bigger.

Love the peri-peri chicken and the bottomless drinks but the place is always packed during lunch and dinner. There's a queue line everytime

Delicious food, amazing location, clean place but service not so good.. wish the service would have been better.. they do take in customers at 9:45, but don't Serve them properly as 10 pm is closing time.. so you should not take customers after 9:15 pm.. Nando's in Malaysia has different menu than that back in Melbourne they have loads of veggies option which is awesome.. the saucy tenders with spicy rice and veggies is a must try..

This Nando's has always been a must visit each time I come to KL, especially KLCC. You'll find this Nando's at Concourse level.We ordered the Meal Platter which comes with A Whole Chicken ( 4 pieces ) in Mild Sauce, 2 Regular Sides we opted for the Peri Peri Potato Wedges and Coleslaw, 2 bottomless drinks Sprite & Heaven on Earth (Ice Lemon Tea).The service was quick and they even got the sauces to our table! Must say the meal was sufficient for two of us.

All time favorite grilled chicken. Too bad they don't have Nando's chain in Jakarta. I ordered Peri chicken with Lemon&Herb this time since I don't eat spicy food. Tasty and savoury just as I expected.

bulan lalu aku KL dan first meal yg aku makan adalah Nandos! banyak yg bilang enak soalnya, jadi penasaran. dan beneran enak dong! aku berdua dengan temanku pesan Meal Platter. dapat 2 paha dan 2 dada, kita pilih yg hot dan mild, sidesnya nggak jauh dari french fries dan potato wedges karena lagi extra lapar 😂 dan itu porsinya bener2 banyak. harganya around RM 60 atau sekitar 200ribuan. nggak nyesel sih karena first impression nya luar biasa hahaha. and yes i’d like to go back, for sure.

The sarsa here is very good. This restaurant is always busy and people are sometimes need to wait for their turn to come. Chicken here is very delicious.

Service is very inefficient. Staff lacks training in customer service. There was a lack of decorum among the team and it reflected badly on the customer experience when service was slow.

Didnt like this branch of nandos a lot although i am in love with nandos! Our dishes were fine but a bit poor, maybe we needes to try more signature dishes

“Nando’s” a South African restaurant chain specialises in peri-peri chicken. Their chicken is prepared in your choice of spice level ranging from mild to hot. We chose the chicken to be cooked in a lemon and herb sauce. However since we like it spicy we dipped it in the hot sauce! Both the flavours and went amazingly well together. The chicken was so tender and the sauces were the perfect accompaniment to the meal!
