Only 1 counter is opened up during lunch hour upon weekends - and exactly the same cashier was the main one preparing the purchased food for every customer. Lastly when it’s nearly my convert (I was 2nd in line) another cashier (an Indian woman - sorry forgot to check on what’s her name) made a decision to open the next counter BUT known as the 3rd person (the man behind me) to purchase first rather than me. I’ve already been queuing up with a starving toddler for such a long time so obviously can’t basically let it pass therefore i questioned her by stating it must be my change to purchase since I’m following in line. She produced a weird expression and had been rude in managing the order despite the fact that she was the main one who produced the mistake. Bad service + no good sense.

KFC paling teruk setakat ini...Datang pukul 5pm...kentang habis,wedges habis...beratur utk eliminate kne sidai dekat 30 minit...walaupun cuma org yg ke 4 dalam barisan menunggu..personnel ada 2 orang...tapi keje macam siput sedut...haukkk....kalau boleh bagi 0 superstar dah bagi da...
