However the oder tacker(name uncertain) his a guy's and incredibly rude if you ask me & his a malay man or even mistaken.. to much loved kfc please educate your staffproper providers.. and HE not say sorry if you ask me !!

This time around, they made a decision to change the machine and unknowingly Isupposedly "lower" another man's Q. However when the person allowed me to just do it. The rude old woman with a cleft lip behind the counter has been rude and nasty stating "how pitiful it had been" to the person. THEREFORE I insisted he proceeded to go ahead. Firstly they have to have proper Q systems or organization. Nothing at all can beat McDs however the minimum KFC SHOULD Try out. If you can find changes from 1 purchase Q to 2 purchase Qs, at the very least make that very clear. Customers at first thought we Q-ed at one lane and when you can find 2 counters we pass our turns. We have been not really barbarians and we realize who came very first. Unlike the personnel behind the counter which for just one does not really have the facial skin not the mindset of an employee who ought to be in the provider line. Rather than being nice and simply smiling she got to speak nonsensical. Staffing within KFC in lots of outlets is a horrible encounter where they don't service you plus they have the facial skin of loss of life, unfriendly and unkindness. We just patron KFC for the meals but never the employees. Much improvement is necessary.

Order on 23/10/18 from 615pm being unsure of that the apps under upkeep (in accordance with customer srvc) the time state delivery following day. Called customer support they stated will void the paymnt. When i require report no, they mentioned will notify through email. Location anotherorder same day. Nowadays called ask where will be d email, custmr program said they dont find out because he could be not focus on my purchase yesterday. I have to re-explain my scenario. Put me on keep for longer min. Tot whenever we delivered a complain our record ought to be in the program regardless of who is going to the call. No dependence on me to explain what's the circumstance. Helpless customer support. Kfc should upgrade item understanding of your staff. So they usually do not pointing at other employees. Coz as a person i do not need to hear who's right or wrong. I'd like my issue to be solve.

KFC is normally my pick for junk food. Tried the salted egg fried breaded poultry covered with chilli flakes, curry results in and sweet basil. First-time I ate the poultry without chilli sauce. Poultry was delicious alone. Yummy! Rm14++ set includes 2pieces of poultry, coleslaw, mashed potato and an orange juice (not carbonated). No bun sadly! I omit the coleslaw because the cabbage isn't shredded fine good enough. Substituted with mashed potato.

Had our lunch time takeaway from KFC @ Tesco Puchong. It’s lunchtime, just 1cashier, and 1personnel packing and appearance at the que. Just had my lunch time needing to try the environment friendly chilli poultry. 3 bought 3 parts green chill poultry @ RM18.90 that arrives with1 mashed potato, coleslaw and medium drinks selection of strawberry, Mountain Dew or Sarsi. We'd 3sets to 1bucket of 9 pieces chicken blended of spicy & original poultry which includes 1.5litter Pepsi and 1 container wedge cheese @ RM46.90. In all honesty, KFC poultry are that dry rather than worthy from my estimation. Texas chicken for breasts or ang components are method juicier and mcd poultry are usually nicer but it’s tiny pieces. Which explains why I have not really step in or get thru any kfc wall plug for a lot more than 5yrs. And after today lunch, my choice remains the same Service slow and older fashioned however staff are usually patient
